Duck has rash on its bill. PLEASE HELP

It is hard and feels like a layer over the bill.

I don’t have any vets near me who work with ducks. I have sent out messages to multiple vets to see if they can help. I’m not against taking her in to be seen, but they haven’t been able to help her with other medical problems in the past. I am hoping to have a back up plan for if they can’t.

I know there is something where the bill of a duck will turn green(which is fine), but this does not look like that. I am thinking fungus too....
