Duck has werid wing

My ducks has been raised by me since 1 day old. My one duck all of a sudden has a werid looking wing. They are about 3 months old. The wing is bent back a little and when it is opened by the duck doesn't open straight. Could it be broken? What could this be?
PS How do I tell what sex they are?

It could possibly be a condition know as angel wing.
