Duck has yellow and white poop?!

I have a 1 year old female mallard that started pooping white and yellow watery poop today. She is eating, drinking, playing and laid an egg this morning so she is acting normal. Should I be concerned?

Edit: now she is laying bright green poop please any advice would be appreciated
