Thanks for answering for me! I knew it could be done but I've only ever filed disputes with eBay. however, eBay and PayPal are owned by the same company and they are very fair. With eBay, when you file a dispute, they will freeze the other money in the other persons account (for the amount paid) until the issue is resolved.

Wow.  I just have no words for how messed up that situation is.  It seems like the seller has no real urge to make things right with you now that she has your money.  I would definitely consider asking for a refund and if she refuses then file the dispute with Paypal.  To do a dispute on Paypal click on Resolution Center near the top when you are logged in.  It will go to a page with a "Dispute a Transaction" button on the left of the page.  You click that and follow the directions it gives you.  I really hope you can get something resolved soon.  Honestly, a good businessperson would have offered you a refund as soon as they realized that they would be unable to fulfill your order because of weather or whatever reason.


Ya I'm just having terrible luck with all of it all I won't is some birds is that to much to ask!
 
Well I asked for my money back but we will see wt she says! I asked wt temp it has to be for safe shipping and she says 35 well winter just started here and 35 is warm not going to happen around here till spring time so I just asked for the money back!
