Duck Hatch Talk

Will i need to "assist" this one in hatching? He never unzipped like the other ones

I think he was getting shrink wrapped, but that didnt stop him! With a little help, duckling # 4 poped his head out and took his first breath of fresh air. :)

The yellow thing is probably a yolk sack if it's still there you might want to rap the duck in a towel to make sure it disentangle brake

I think it was, however thankfully it fell off, and the duckling carried on like normal. After I put them in the brooder, the membrane dried out, and it flaked off, whew!

Mine are only on day 4 lol Can't wait to see them all fluffed up!

Adorable! Congrats on the new babies! I'm not sure when they can go in the water, I can only assume it's ok after they are dry.
