Duck Hatched last night and still can't stand or walk this morning

My duck hatched about 10:00 pm last night (4/13/2017). When I went to bed, he was just wiggling out of the shell and getting itself free. This morning it is unable to stand or balance itself. All the other hatchlings all walked just hours after being hatched. Is there something wrong with it. It just keeps falling over and laying on its side or back kicking its legs trying to get up.

Any advice can help.

Do its legs slide out to the side from under it? Or does it just seem in general uncoordinated? I'd get some Poultry Nutri drench into it. They can hatch with nutrient deficiencies and it might be something like wry neck. Or it could be having trouble getting its legs under it and it might be splayed leg.

One final question, is it crested?

No legs are not spreading to the side. It's like he is just too heavy and very uncoordinated.

I'd definitely treat it as a nutrient deficiency then and start with the Nutri Drench. You didn't say it was crested so I'm assuming it's not?

Nothing looks out of the ordinary. I will try the Nutri Drench
