Duck hatching incubator

Hi all! I have a duck that was peeping two days ago and I saw it cracked yesterday morning , it’s been 30 hours now with no progression , beak still out and other two eggs hatched 3 days ago... I started to peel a little but if hard shell off in case it needed assistance , I checked on it ten minutes later and fresh blood bubble rose on membrane but still peeping and breathing. Does it need help hatching or is it too early to hatch? Help please!!

It needs more time, if there's blood present.

What's your humidity level? Membranes look pretty dry.

I don’t know the humidity , I just put more water in there . Temp it 37.7 as it has been the whole time, the bird is slow steady breathing but yellow hair is dry ... blood outlining crack of egg

Do you think it will survive now ? Can it when the blood shows , I’m so sad, I think I contributed harm to it when I meant to help it
