Duck head disease ( indian running duck)

Hi ,
i have 8 month old drake
whitch eat, run , drink and swim in pool.
He has good relations with others ducks.
I was doing a tour and i find that my duck has damage head. I cleaned his head water and sanitzer betadine.
How can i help him to restore the skin tissue in my scalp area. What is this disease? Is it scabies?
