My duck is acting weird as if hes trying to poop or push something out

Earlier today I noticed my duck was in the pool as he usually is but he was just staying in one spot and when i checked on him later in the night he was still there. I got him out of the water but he would either walk slow or didn't want to walk at all. I had noticed that his tail was moving up and down as if he was trying to poop or push something out but his head was moving with his tail also. I gave him clean fresh water which he kept drinking but every time he finally pushed something out it was either his private part or clear gooey liquid. Ive had him for just about a year now and he has 2 other male siblings which seem to be doing fine I tried to see if it was anything I gave him but all that popped up was watermelon. Someone please help me figure out why this is happening

Poor little guy sounds like some kind of prolapse problem maybe perhaps Ruth will know what you can do. I’ll also run it by Miss Lydia. BRB.

thank you so much for this! their normal diet is the DuMor pelleted duck feed from tractor supply and time to time I give them peas, blueberries, and sometimes watermelon. I checked on him today and he seems to be doing great! ill check his rear just to make sure 100% but the other 2 drakes haven’t been mating to my knowledge no. I just checked his rear bottom and there seems to be no signs of red inflammation around but the only thing is his private id sticking out and hes still popping clear liquid
