Duck head turning yellow?

Hi so yesterday I noticed my duck named Pigeon had some kind of something on her face. I thought it might have been a stain or something but it appears to be a bit bigger and a bit more yellow today. What is going on, how do I fix it, and should I he concerned for her?

She is in apparent good feather and health. It appears as if she has gotten into something that stained her cheek/neck.

Shes about 7-8 months. I don't think she looks any more pale than she usually does.

I wonder what could've stained like that. I tried the grandma method of just licking my finger and trying to rub out the stain, but nothing. Only thing I could imagine would do that is if she like fell asleep with her head in a pile of her own poo

It kind of looks like she rubbed dandelions on herself. Lol.
