Duck help is this normal

Hi duck has botulism I found it yesterday 2pm and have been giving saline fluid with tube down throat every 3 hours it's still alive next day 6am nzt what is this that it's doing ?

Yes she's doing alot better thanks yayy still can't walk but she's moving alot and eating soft foods and drinking herself.
