Duck help-no quack & swollen chest

I have one duck named quacker oats! Shes a huge white duck...i have no idea what breed she is but just noticed she has lost her quack and her chest is so big it's almost dragging the ground! Ive never seen her do this before! She was quacking just fine this morning...in fact, I'm sure everyone heard her for miles! Lol! Is this a normal thing or should i do something for her?
