I have always wanted egg laying ducks so we got a few strait run ducks form a feed store and from my knowledge they are all drakes. But lucky for them we have two pond separate by fences and acres. But we still have no egg layers ):. So if anyone has any juvenile to adult duck hens that are not wanted any more that still lay eggs I would love to take them. They will have a 1/2 a acre pond with a hut. The pond has fish and plenty of plants, with grass around the pond and wild flowers during spring. They will always have other food in their hut and mule-worms. I live in the area of Houston, Texas. So anyone who can’t keep or doesn’t want their hens anymore I would love to take them.
