Duck I.D. Needed

Can someone tell me what kind of Call this is ?
I purchased her last weekend and was told she was a Call but that was all and that it's a hen.
She doesn't quack when I pick her up or grumble like a drake when she's walking around and there is not a tail curl so I'm going with her being a hen.

I was thinking she was a Bib but wanted some input from all the duck experts here as to what she is

She looks like a bibbed, but maybe a not true to breed duck or a mix with something. I only say this because of the reddish brown coloring on the breast.
