Duck Identification - Cayuga? And...?

Hello guys! I just took the new puppy to a local pond/wooded/field area, and there were a pair of ducks there! One looks, to me, like a Cayuga hen, but the drake is stumping me. I swear I've seen one before, but I can't quite put my finger on it... It has been a while since I looked up anything duck related.

The crazy thing is, these guys let me get really close, and then almost FOLLOWED US HOME. Until someone's yard of flowers caught their interest, lol.

Yep, looks like a Cayuga and a Khaki Campbell drake. And from their behavior of following you, I'd say they were dumped there. :/ Poor things. Any chance you'd be willing to try and take them in? They may not be suited to survival in the wild like that.

Unfortunately, I'm not in a position where I can take in any ducks. ): I did consider it, but even when I went back to check on them the next day, they were already gone. I am hoping to restart my duck flock when we move. A Cayuga and a Khaki would have been a great pair to start with.

In my area, there are a lot of domestic ducks on the ponds, so maybe I'll try and get some of them when the time comes. I get free ducks, ducks get a home. Win/win!
