Duck isn't growing...

So i have a welsh harlequin who was born with scissor beak, She eats and drinks but shes half the size of everyone else! Should i separate her and start giving her some special treatment? Should i start feeding her wet food..? I have no idea on how to put some weight on her. Her bill is still very small and it looks like she can barely breath out of her nostrils.... Any help will be greatly appreciated!

Awe, poor little duck! Yes, if you can, be sure and give her a bowl that is deep so she can scoop the food in easier. Wet food could be a good idea as well. Unfortunately this can become worse as the little duck ages. Ideally, you could feed her individually to make sure she's getting enough, but not everyone has the facility or time to do that, which is understandable. I guess the important thing is not to letter her begin starving and suffer...Good luck and best wishes to the little duck....
