I had them under a broody hen and then moved them under a heat lamp with a towel acting as a tent. Yes I'm raising them myself. All I did for the egg was take off the shell where they already chipped away at. They all came out themselves without yolk left in the egg. They were definitely ready to come out.
34 minutes to assist hatch 5 eggs and post, wow. I hope they all do fine..
I understand why you had moved them (since you found one duckling dead), but if I’m reading this correctly you removed them from your broody duck and just had them wrapped in a towel? Are you planning to set up a brooder now and raise them yourself? Are you planning to put them back under your broody?
Duck eggs take a long time to hatch in general after pip.
