Duck knee problem, please help!

Hi, this is the first time I've posted on BYC,
Yesterday I noticed that one of my ducks (an indian runner), was limping. I caught her and felt her leg to see what the problem was. Nothing's broken, but when I moved her foot up and down her knee started making this clicking sound, like it was popping in and out of the socket. Can anyone tell me what the problem is and how to fix it?

Hello, I realise your post is a few years old but I have the exact same problem with one of my own Indian Runners as you did. Limping, not broken, but when I moved the leg there was a clicking sound from the knee.... Just wondering if you discovered what the problem was for your duck and did it eventually recover?
