This thread seems relevant. I know nothing about duck anatomy but based on the on the answers on that thread, it’s possible you hit a sciatic nerve and that she’ll recover with time.

Update: the little duck suddenly started walking again a couple days ago! I think it was just a irritated nerve or sore leg. She is doing much better now. Thank you!!! ❤
