Duck Limping / lame

Sure sounds like that maybe the issue. Do you keep out oyster shell for them? also there is Calcium gluconate that can help move the egg down the shoot and possibly keep it from laying on the nerves to long It's also good for egg binding. When one of mine lays a soft shell she get a dose of Cal glu also. A good product to have on hand when we have layers.

I'll get some oyster shell. Could I wash any egg shells that we use (hens or Duck) and feed them those? or would it encourage egg eating (not that I think Ducks do this)?
