Duck Limping

My 1 1/2 month old Pekin duck is limping making it hard for him to preen his feathers while standing its his left leg and it is red and when I checked it did not seem like it was broken and I can safely say that bumblefoot is not a cause as I did not see any bumps Here are some videos to for more detail. https://www.facebook.com/melody.haas.5437/videos

What's his diet? Does he get enough niacin?

Pekins often need more than the feed provides. I'd get some nutritional yeast to add to his food.

Sorry, you didn't mention it.
Have you felt up the keg for any heat, swelling or injurie?

fully checked once and it didn't feel broken. It did feel warm right before I put him that Epsom salt bath on Monday
