Duck male or female?

Is this duck abnormaly large for a about 8 week duck?

Looks like a female and ducks grow faster then chickens

If she has a loud and annoying quack then she is a she, if she is still chirping or has a softer, raspy quack then it is a drake.

It was about 3-4 months before my pekin drake sprouted his tail curl. And yes, they grow alarmingly fast. Mine was hatched by a chicken and at about 2 weeks he was too big to go under her, by 3-4 weeks he was as big as she was. I think he's a jumbo pekin, too.

By the way it's carrying its self in the Photo it's a Drake..
Hens Quack loud and Drakes Rasp...
