Welcome. I tried the Epsom salt - triple antibiotic (no pain relief) method, but it didn't work. Then I tried @janiedoe method with PRID - it worked great. Put the salve on and then wrap, and then wait a few days, unwrap and remove the bumble and then sanitize and wrap and wait another 2-days to put them out.
