Duck moulting

At what age should ducklings start to get their feathers, mine is three weeks old and he’s started getting them, he is always itching himself and a lot of baby feathers have come out. He’s looking a bit rough does he look okay?

I can't really tell if something is going on with his beak or if it just has interesting coloring. I would say he looks okay he's an adorable little ducko! What do you feed him?

His beak has always had those colourings and I feed him the non medicated chick crumb from a pet shop, I also feed him some mealworms and some lettuce

As their feathers grow in some will pull out their duckling fluff. Also they also use their mouths preen their feathers. Looks like they are biting their feathers.
