My ducks like to move their nest. I have a box that has three boxes hooked together. Sometimes they lay in that...as long as they put gravel in there too. They will also build nests out of any material they can and lay there. Both girls will typically lay in the same spot for a few days, then when I start to collect eggs from that spot, they move it. They make me work pretty had to get eggs from time to time. But, if I don't collect eggs in a timely fashion (in the winter), they will throw out the eggs into the run and crack them and then the eggs freeze. Silly ducks. Never a dull moment from them.

I like this nest box but u said the male cant get inside to hurt eggs or female. 1 do themmales try to hurt them?
