Duck not eating after dog attack

Next question:
Backstory: Attack was Sunday, she slept in a dog crate in my heated garage Sunday night and Monday night, but I have her out with her friends during the day as its been sunny and warm. She seems to perk up ever so slightly when she's with her friends. And they haven't noticed she's missing at night, so there's been no issue re-introducing her in the mornings. Their pen has stayed dry because its been sunny and warm, so I wasn't overly concerned about her outside.

Tomorrow its supposed to be rainy/stormy which will turn their pen into a muddy poopy mess, no matter what I do. (which is a problem for another day). Question is, would you suggest I keep her inside all day tomorrow to keep her clean? I haven't been able to really get a good visual of her wounds since Sunday, but she's sore and I'm trying not to poke and prod her much in an effort to get them to heal nicely.

I could probably upgrade her to a larger dog crate and bring her a friend inside tomorrow, but I'm not sure what the best thing to do is.

And she has been eating peas, and foraging in the grass for tasty snacks. She's drinking. She's just slow, sore, and not interested in her duck food. But she's alive and seems to be no worse than she was on Sunday. So I have hope for her. Just not sure what to do about her in a muddy mess.

So far so good. I have her sleeping in the garage in a dog crate at night so her wing can heal without being part of a duck pile. And she's with her friends during the day outside. She's eating and drinking! And today she moved her injured wing a bit more than she had been. So I think she's on the mend - even if she's a little lopsided with a funky wing, she seems otherwise fine and should be good to go. I'm so relieved.
Haven't decided when I'm going to let her sleep in her coop again with her buddies.

That’s great news! Hopefully soon she’ll be able to sleep with her flock. Just want to watch any open wounds for fly strike. Maggots are not something any of us want to deal with.

Been checking her over daily. Her wounds must have not been as bad as I origionally thought. They seem to be healing nicely.

Some loose dogs (not my dogs) came after my ducks free ranging yesterday. One of them bore the brunt of the attack and had some minor wounds. So we brought her inside to keep the wounds clean. She’s finally drinking but does not want to eat. Have tried all her favorites. Any suggestions?
She’s quacking when she hears her buddies in the distance. And hisses at me (she was super sweet prior to this), so at least she’s feisty. But would like to get her eating and drinking before she goes back to her friends. Thoughts?
She’s in shock. Try giving her a couple things you know she will like, she should get over it and eat normally soon, probably when she gets back to her normal environment.
