Duck not moving leg

Update: I have added nutriants to water, now the poor little guy is not moving at all. He swims fine, and seems to use the leg more in the water. But has gotten worse on land. Head is up and seems alert, just no ability to move.

What kind of nutrients are you adding to her water, can you post a picture of the bottle/packet?
