Have you tried wetting her feed? Make it a bit soupy...

You can put her in a nice warm tub as long as she doesn’t chill I wouldn’t put Epsom salt in it though. Eating and drinking is good. And yes worms will make the poop smell stronger

She's very weak now, and unable to stand, so I'd like to just clean her vent area and her feet. I don't think I'll put her whole body in.

I'll wrap her in a towel and keep her close to my body until her feathers are dry, then I'll put her under the heat lamp.

I’d def keep her inside while your noticing symptoms.
The others pick up on something not right with her and it makes them want to run her off weakness draws predators . Def don’t put her in the tub if she is too weak to stand. If you have some nutri drench and she is drinking put some in her water. Your doing all you can.
