Duck ok for water?

I have a six week old duck who has damaged blood feathers. I have her separated from 2 other ducks because the male kept making it worse. It's been over a day since her feathers were attacked and they bleed. Can I let her play in water, or will that make it worse?

It depends how much bleeding there was. They already have dried blood in there, but if pulled that can cause a lot of fresh blood. Is there any other injury other than damaged blood feathers? If not, and not excessive bleeding, I'd think that would be fine. It might make it feel better too.
