Hello,
I am hoping someone with duck experience may be able to help us.
Last night, we found our 2 year old Cayuga duck isolating herself and panting. We brought her inside for the night to observe, and there hasn't been a change in her condition. She is currently open mouth breathing, abdomen is heaving, and tail is pumping. We've tried massaging her neck, cannot feel anything stuck (but not ruling that out). And her abdomen doesn't feel tight or full.
She's been able to drink water with electrolytes and is still pooping. If anyone has any insight, we'd appreciate it!
Thanks much!
