She’s 7 she’s a white layer duck I’ve just never seen the bouncing butt thing with the panting before actually looks kind of cute Just wonder why she’s panting and 79°. Granted it feels like 84 with the humidity …. last night I brought them inside my garage room with a little air conditioning to get it down to 75 because it was still 90° outside feeling like almost 100 at sunset but I did it gradually this morning I let them out but it was only 78° outside so I don’t think there was a shock in sudden temperature change and all my other ducks, chickens and geese are fine. Why is Heidi so panty this morning? Maybe she’s getting ready to lay an egg and can’t find her favorite place because it’s been taken? Have you ever seen that butt bouncing up and down like that ?

How do you mix it?
Not sure, it just came last week.
Should have directions on the bag to mix with water?
The Durvet brand is 23 grams per pint of water.
So, 25 grams is nearly an ounce, so one ounce and one pint is easy to remember!
Not sure that the bag will be specific to duck emergencies, but I will read it for general directions.
I’ve never seen it in powder so was curious as to how you mix it
Bosslady though that it was a good idea because it doesn't have to be refrigerated, so it has a long shelf life.
