duck pond filtration.

hows do people filtrate there ponds for the ducks? if i have a deep enough pond can i put koi fish to like filtrate the water?

they will eat any fish you put in there. i use a regular filter on my one pond the others are swimming pools and i just dump and clean and refill.....

I use a modified "skippy filter".

I am also experimenting with using a container filled with duckweed to clean the water. Duckweed pulls impurities out of pond water and it is also something you can feed back to the ducks.

As for the fish, you would have to START with the 12" koi. Ducks will gobble up little ones.
