Duck poop dilemma

Is there any way to keep duck feces dry or at least in one piece?!? it’s just always so watery no matter what you feed and so difficult to clean

That's the nature of duck poop.

The poop itself you will never be able to change when it comes out due to basic duck biology. However, have found that using pine pellets help absorb some of the moisture and cause it to clump up enough for me to scoop it up with a dog/cat poop scoop.

The more experienced members here shared just how messy Ducks are, and they didn't minimize it, thankfully. It is still my choice to get them, even though I've been warned because someone has to love and care for Ducks. they also shared their experience with the products that work and those that don't like "Diatomaceous earth". It doesn't help and even could be harmful.
