duck pulling out my cjeckens feathers

I have a domestic duck living with 5 chickens (hens). Have had them since April of last year. For the past month or so the duck has been "going after" 3 of my chickens and it appears as though he is pulling feathers off their lower backside. Can see exposed skin now on 2 of them and getting concerned. They were living in harmony up until this point Has anyone had this problem or offer any solutions?

It's that time of year, when formerly mellow drakes become raving sex maniacs.

For the health and lives of your chickens, I would recommend he be kept separate, at least till breeding season passes.

His equipment will harm - possibly fatally - the chickens. They were not built for that.
