Well.. it was a spur of the moment thing when we got them as ducklings from a store. We got 3 and well they all ended up as drakes. Lol Gonna try to get hens this spring.

Production Rouens are rouens bred for production (eggs or meat).
Exhibition rouens developed deep keels (not obesity- it's their actual body weight) for showing.

Yes...Both are bred for certain traits..The larger are more of a meat bird with fast growth..
