Duck Recipes

The tea one was really intriguing to me. We ran out of coffee today (forgot to make our Costco run to Astoria) so we were drinking tea all day. Good tea, mind you, Yorkshire Tea and some Taylor's of Harrogate. But, it all reminded me of Yorkshire Brack, which is my favorite little tea cake which I only ever seem to get properly done in Whitby, North Yorkshire. So after thinking about all that, I got really hungry, then proceeded to drool a lot.

Mm looks Sound delicious will have to try the marinade
May I suggest that when if come to cooking the breast put it skin side down in a cold pan then put it on med high and you can render the skin leaving it extra crisp
