This is the Director of Duck Rescue Network. She found a newly dumped pekin at a local park and brought him home. Unfortunately, she didn't have a carrier with her as they were being used. So this is the way she safely transported the duck home.

Awfully judgemental aren't you. She took the duck so it wouldn't have ended up like the ones in her Flickr album.

This duck came from the same park with the stray still running loose. And you can see how well she is restraining the duck. He is wearing his seatbelt after all! LOL

She is quite well known and she has been doing this for years. I would have taken the risk, too.

Anyway, she even went through the Taco Bell drive through and the person who waited on her didn't bat an eye.

Its not about her taking a risk, its about her risking other innocent peoples lives. She should have left it there, and came back with a carrier.

ETA: dont get me wrong, I love ducks. I have over 20 call ducks. I would have taken the duck home, but I would not have risked other peoples lives by driving with it in my arms.
