My duck was seriously injured at the neck, apparently a chunk of the meat was missing. Now the duck is laying on the floor in fetal position with it's head under the body. One of the webbed toes was also missing.
It is possible for the duck to survive after sustaining so much damage?
Is the neck snapped or is there just not enough muscle for it to keep the head up?

So sorry about your duck. Do you have hawks, raccoons or other predators around? Can your duck move it’s feet or legs? The neck or head injury could have caused wry neck, which might cause it to hold the neck curled under or twisted. It is in shock, so placing it in a warm dim and quiet area would be best. If it seems alert and can swallow, you could offer some fluids with electrolytes or warm gatorade. The wound can be cleaned with betadine, chlorhexidene, saline, or soapy water. Plain antibiotic ointment can be used twice a day.

I don't think vet will be an option and the duck is unable to move it's feet. Predators around are main cats or maybe other birds
