Duck sitting on eggs

I've got a pekin that is a fabulous mother, she sits probably two times each year. So it does vary from bird to bird. While pekins generally do not go broody, that doesn't meant that they all don't. I would leave them for now. You can have your incubator ready to go in case she abandons them, but for now I would leave them to her.
Let her try, but keep your incubator ready just in case. I have muscovy ducks also, as soon as they are laying and broody I can hatch pekin ducks using them lol.
ok

I candled 2 eggs and they both look fertile but only like 2 days old. I recounted and I think there is 19 in there. It is now snowing and hailing with a ton of wind and I'm not sure if she should stay out there with the eggs or not. Also, she was off her nest for an hour and a half. Would that have killed the ducklings?
