My duck will not move, eat or drink. It is laying still with its wings outstretched and it sound like it is having a very hard time breathing. It also sounds a little bubbly in its airways and has a mucousy substance coming from its nose holes. This happened with another one of our ducks recently and that one ended up passing away. I’m worried they are getting poisoned and I’m not sure what to do at this point.

Sorry to hear about your duck. Could you provide us with some more information?

Could you post few pictures of her, or better yet a video? TO post a video, you'll need to upload it to a video platform like Youtube or Vimeo, and copy/paste the link here.

What are they being fed? How old is the bird? How long has she been like this? Could you check inside her mouth, for any lesions? What kind of water source is being provided? How does their setup area look like? Is a vet an option? What color is the mucous?

Clear mucous. I don’t see any sort of lesions in the mouth and I don’t believe there is a blockage or anything in the throat. They get fresh water every day. The duck was fine this morning, the symptoms seem to come on quickly, the same way it was with the other duck that passed away. The duck is only a couple months old.
Something new, the duck just tried drinking some water on its own but is still having same conditions.

Could you post a video so we can see what's going on? It's very hard to help, when we can't see what you're seeing.

I'm sorry to hear about your duck who passed, and that this one is sick, too.

If at all possible I would take this duck to an avian veterinarian, that will be your duck's best chance of survival. They will be able to offer supportive care and diagnostic services that you will not have the ability to at home. If that is not an option I would follow Isaac's advice.
