Duck suddenly not walking

So the night of my last update she was back to not standing and her head was moving in an odd shaky way and she was just very off. So I ran to the feed store and bought the vitamin B and meal worms. My ducks have never had meal worms before, so she had no interest in them. But by morning they were gone. So I gave another dose of vitamin b on meal worms. Those were not touched. So day 3 I tried putting vitamin B on a small portion of her food. She is not touching it. She is drinking but I dont think she is eating. I have seen that I can put it in her water. I am thinking I will need to try that route to get it in her. But I dont know how much to put in the water. Any suggestions?
I have used 5ml (1tsp) in 500ml (1 pint) of drinking water. If she dips her whole head in and if she preens with tge water, she will start to stain her feathers

Thank you!!! Drinking is the one thing I see her still doing. I have no issue if she turns herself yellow lol. I am going to give this a try!

I have a rescued pekin drake that came to me at 2.5 weeks old with his clutch mate. Both had severe acute niacin deficiency. The clutch mate, bigger and more feisty, had a bowed tibia and I could not get him walking despite several weeks of durvet high level Vit B in his water. As both were kept together, both got the niacin even when the smaller one nolonger needed it. Their tears turned orange and the feathers round their eyes were stained orange-brown. Sadly, the more affected bigger drake died, but I noticed today that the healthy surviving drake still has a ring of brown round his eyes. It doesn't harm him and isnt immediately obvious when he is running round the back garden. But I had cause to pick him up this morning, and then I did see the brown.
