Duck toe/nail bleeding. please help!

Toe is bleeding not much but he has his feet up its because someone stepped on his feet.
What can and do i need to do?

Keep the wound clean and away form and kind of nastiness like poo mud dirt

The nail looks to be off.
But he stands on one foot the whole time he is inside the house so no dirt mud or poo.

I have found duck feet and toes heal quickly. This happened with my duck feet her back toe nail fell off
