Duck trouble

In the water he can move fine without any trouble but once I take him out of the water he just sits down and tries to walk and I have been giving him 500 niacin everyday in his drinking water
I'm not sure what else you can do other than possibly adding a super B complex vitamin to the niacin. B12 gives energy. I just am stumped. Have you examined his legs to make sure there is not any swelling or redness which would mean an inflammation or infection. and how is he other wise still eating good not looking depressed.

I have a drake going on 10yrs old, He can barely walk but is able to get around some, but I have to carry him to his pen of a morning and back in the evening we treat him as elderly and will give him all the time he wants as long as he is eating still and likes to still have interaction with his flock mates who are almost as old as he is. Once he gives up then we'll have to say good bye.
I am saying this to you because if he is acting normal and your willing to give the commitment maybe keep trying and see if he can have a quality of life. Not everyone can do this though it's basically a decision only we can make.

Okay well let me take pictures of his foot so i can post it he looks happy he does not look depressed at all

Glad to hear he isn't depressed that's a plus.

Maybe you need to keep trying some of this and that. How about a full-spectrum poultry vitamin supplement?

and I didn't see, when I scanned quickly through our posts, what food you are giving them?

Looks like bumblefoot.

I would start with Epsom salt compresses followed with triple antibiotic ointment all over the feet. Don't use the painkilling antibiotic ointment, that can be toxic to ducks.

If the legs are warm or the joints swollen, I would consider an oral antibiotic also. But initially, I would get started treating for bumblefoot.

Another option for bumblefoot is to follow the compresses with clear iodine - just a few drops on the swollen areas, then wait 3 to 5 days and see if a dark scabby spot appears, then soak the feet and see if the scab is ready to come off.

Here is a description of this method

Okay this is how is feet are
Looks like their still swollen

Look at the foot on the right middle toe it looks swollen or is that just the pic?
even on this pic it looks to be swollen.
Oh and I'm giving him dumor grower/finisher

Yea but I already took his bumblefoot all already and it healed all ready
I'd go ahead and treat for the bumble again, at this point it sure can't hurt, Get the colorless iodine, I found some at CVS and also Walmart. and do what Amiga says. You've been working with him a long time a week more to see if the iodine will help?? I used it on one of my chickens[hen] and had been treating her for months then Haunted55 had some ducks with bumble and tried the colorless and it worked so good I tried it my hens foot was cleared up in less than 2 weeks.
