That's the purpose of B complex it has all the B's and they seem to make a turn around quicker. If she has a favorite treat you might try the liquid over some just enough treat she gobbles it right down. and if you have a pretty laid back friend that you can put in with her that may help her eat better.
 
I have seen this photo shared before. Since you have other ducks to compare to, it may be useful. Do her hips seem wider set than the others?

Also, I can personally attest to the fact that even ducklings of the same breed fed the same feed can develop differently. Ducklings grow quickly (especially since we have domesticated and selectively bred them), and don't always develop in quite the right way, even when we are doing everything we should. Hopefully her problems can be corrected as she continues to grow.
 
Riboflavin, selenium or B3 deficiency..I use a parrot vitamin recommended by a Poultry Vet at the university..
ok just got back from store and all they had was prairie pride vitamins and electrolytes but they mix in big portions if you see my cage in the back two containers have water how much should I use of the electrolyte mix in that I can mix a gallon max

This is what you need
Injectable B complex from the cattle section. You can give it orally or by injection.
