Duck water in lungs

I think my duckling has water in the lungs. We tried to syringe feed her vitamins as she is small and may have gotten some in the lungs after further research we may have accidentally got some in lungs as we did not look up proper way to syringe feed a duckling. Now she is breathing weird.

Unfortunately there isn't anything you can do now but wait and HOPE she clears it on her own. Bad news is she probably won't.
