Duck wheezing?

Noticed today when my 2 month old was sitting with me he had a barely audible wheeze to his breath, and a weird slight click. He had been rooting around in the mud an eating grass, and is perfectly happy and healthy as far as I can tell, he lives in an open air coop, with an indoor part that has straw, water that is deep enough to dunk his head, food isn’t dusty and neither is the straw, and just went for a swim. Could be nothing but I wanted a second opinion.

He could've just got something stuck and needed some extra water to wash it down
If it didn't happen again, everything should be fine.
