Duck wings looks weird

I have 3 khaki campbells that are all around 5-6 weeks old and one of them has weird wings. I dont know if it's normal or not but the other 2 dont look like this.

you can see the tips with no feathers. Is this normal?

Those are what you call pin feathers. The hard tips will come off to reveal new wing feathers. Perfectly normal. They are in what I call the ugly duckling phase lol
