Duck with chinese seasoning & veggies!

Just popped this bad boy in the oven . Don't worry, it's not one of mine lol! I got a nice big duck from the farmers market yesterday. I also stopped by an Asian market and picked up some spices. Lathered it up and shoved a ton of veggies (carrots, onions, garlic etc) into the body cavity. Can't wait till it's done cooking. The house already smells delicious!

It was delicious. Sadly the bird was much much smaller then it looked when I purchased it (most likely because it was frozen). It only had a little bit of actual meat on it. So I definitely won't be buying from that person again .
