Update***
Silver has been back outside with the rest of the flock and is doing great. We're having a few "mean girl" issues with everyone re-establishing pecking order. She's still being a bit of a prima donna, and reluctantly eating her feed if I don't give her any thawed pease.
I finished administering Panacur to the other flock members, and only one of the other females had some watery diarrhea. The vet recommended Flagyl for 5 days for her as well.
Giardia test eventually came back negative, so we can only assume a GI bacterial infection was the cause of the illness.
