Duck with eye injury? what do you think?

One of our Ancona ducklings developed a fleshy tissue that is hanging out of her eye, could be injury. It gets in the way of her vision, but can also go back in when she closes her eye. The other ducks are pecking at it and we are aren't sure what to do.
